  7. Once out, compress the pork by adding something weighty (like a heavy tray or a pot) to it. This is to make it compact when cutting. Then, place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  8. Once out of the refrigerator, you’ll get a perfect, uniform slab of pork. Cut into mouthful cube slices and sprinkle some salt
  9. Pour olive oil to about 4 inches in a deep fryer or a large saucepan and heat to 350°F.

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add ginger, garlic, and Doubanjiang chili paste and sauté.
