  • Coconut Cream (1/8 Cup)
  • Pumpkin seeds (1/8 Cup)

  • Dates (1-2)
  • Coconut Milk (1 Cup)
  • Mandarin segments (Quarter Cup)

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into the high-speed blender and blend for around 40 to 60 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached.
