Pineapple Smoothie Recipe: Reduce Inflammation with A Pineapple

Pineapple smoothie improves health and fights inflammation

Ingredients

  • Frozen Pineapple (1⁄2 Cup)
  • Turmeric (1 tbsp)
  • Ginger (1 inch)
  • Almond Milk (1⁄2 Cup)
  • Mint Leaves (To Flavor Smoothie)

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the pineapple and cut it into small pieces
  • Scrape off the ginger and turmeric and then wash it
  • After washing and peeling, place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for around 45 – 60 seconds or until nice and smooth. 
  • Squeeze the water into a glass and enjoy

Notes

The larger and more uniform the pineapple eyes, the fresher the pineapple, and the lower the stem will have a strong aroma. 

Use your hands to gently squeeze to make sure the pineapple is ripe enough to be processed. 

You can drink pineapple smoothie at all times of the day such as morning, noon, and evening. 

You can store pineapple smoothie for 3-4 days in conditions below 5 degrees Celsius
