Nutritious Green Smoothie Recipe

We all know vegetables are good for our health, but do we know how to prepare nutritious green smoothies as well as choose fresh foods?

Ingredients

  • Spinach (1 Handfuls)
  • Parsley (1 tbs Avocado (1⁄4 Cup)
  • Hemp Seeds (1 tbsp)
  • Raspberries (1/2 Cup)
  • 1 Medium apple
  • Water and Ice

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients: Spinach, spinach, parsley, remove the stalks, remove the leaves, wash and dry. Peel the avocado and cut it into 4 parts.
  • Blend mixed vegetables: In a blender add 200g spinach, 150g spinach, 150g parsley, 1 tablespoon hemp, 1/2 cup raspberries, one apple 1/4 avocado, and 70ml water. Pour ingredients into the pitcher of a high-speed blender and blend for about 40 to 60 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved.

  • Comb the juice: After you have finished grinding, use a sieve to comb the mixture to get only the juice’s nutritious green smoothie to enjoy.

Notes

  • Choosing to buy apples with a deep red color, even color, and not patchy red-green
  • Choosing to buy fresh fruit when buying, you need to choose firm, full, and dark flesh,
  • Do not wash but arrange on a plate lined with absorbent paper, cover in plastic, and put in the refrigerator to keep for a few days.
