Taco Bell Nacho Cheese: Perfect Recipes for You

Taco Bell Nacho Cheese dip goes well with nachos, tortilla chips, tacos, quesadillas or french fries

How to make Taco Bell Nacho Cheese – you might be wondering this after a few times you’ve tasted the famous nachos with cheese sauce at Taco Bell. This sauce is smooth, creamy and rich in flavors, that’s why it easily became everyone’s favorite dip.

  • Kraft American cheese (2 slices)
  • Kraft Cheez Whiz (1/2 cup)
  • Whole milk (1 tablespoon)
  • Pickled Jalapeno Brine (the Old El Paso is most recommended) (1/4 cup)
  • Sauce: Cream cheese, unsalted butter, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce.

Step 1: Combine all the ingredients above in a saucepan. Heat them up over medium-low heat and stir occasionally until they’re fully melted (for about 5 minutes).

Step 2: When the ingredients are well combined together, remove the saucepan from the stove. Serve immediately while the sauce is still hot.

Step 3: Let’s make Sauces. Prepare a big and microwaveable bowl. Add butter, cheddar cheese and cream cheese. The butter will add a certain level of richness, while the cheddar makes the sauce more nutty. The addition of cream cheese is to give the sauce a creamy texture and taste.

Step 2: In the bowl of melted cheese, pour in the hot sauce and the Worcestershire sauce. This is the perfect combination if you want your sauce to be more flavorful. Stir well until the sauce is well combined. Then microwave it for another 15 to 20 seconds.

Step 3: Dip your nachos in this hot and creamy sauce and enjoy

  • Feel free to substitute Cheeze Whiz with any other kind of cheese dip you have available.
  • You can also microwave the cheese sauce instead of heating it on the stove.
  • This cheese sauce is the perfect dip for not only nachos but also tortilla chips, tacos, quesadillas or french fries.
  • Sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top of the sauce to add a spicy taste.
