The weather is winter with bitter cold winds, especially the night air. This is when you need to relax after a tiring working day. Nothing is more wonderful than holding a hot drink in the middle of a cold winter to sip and enjoy the scenery outside. Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple (diced) 1 teaspoon
  • sugar 1/4 teaspoon
  • Aleppo pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt 1 tablespoon
  • allspice berries 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • cloves 2.5 cinnamon sticks
  • 4.5 cups pineapple juice
  • 5 ounces dark rum
  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 1 vanilla bean (split lengthwise and lengthwise, seeds removed

Instructions

Step 1First, we’ll start with grated pineapple juice. You will put allspice, cloves, pepper, and cinnamon stick in the pan one at a time, then slowly stir until it is fragrant

Step 2You will stir-fry it for about 2 minutes on low heat and you will be fine, at this point it will smell good to your nose.

Step 3Once the stir-fry is complete, pour the pandan juice, rum, brandy, and vanilla beans into the stir-fry mixture

Step 4After boiling for about 5 minutes, you will reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for about 16 minutes

Step 5After 16 minutes, pour the mixture into a fine sieve and filter down all the boiled water. Then you divide the filtered water evenly into each cup for the number of people.
